I’ve spent more than two decades leading transformation across business, education, and human development - from purpose-led start-ups to global corporates and independent Montessori schools.
Today, my focus is on helping young people master their mindset and energy -
drawing on neuroscience, energy psychology, and embodiment to share proven frameworks that teach calm, confidence, and sustained growth.
