I’ve opened a small number of private 1:1 exam-ready spaces to support young people and families through this exam period - giving them a simple, quick and powerful tool to steady themselves, refocus and move forward with greater ease, confidence and alignment.
These sessions are designed to:
calm the nervous system quickly
reduce anxiety and overwhelm
build confidence and self-belief
support focus and recall
help your child feel steady and prepared

6 x 30-minute 1:1 sessions
Delivered online at times that work around revision and exams
PLUS 2 × 10-minute SOS sessions
