I am Emma Gannon, professionally known as Emma Osborne Gannon.
I deliver education, facilitation, mentoring and advisory services through my business Tardis UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

  • Company number: 5376672

  • Registered address: 2 The Robins, Burley in Wharfedale, West Yorkshire, LS29 7PR

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services I provide unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Scope of My Work

I provide human-centred, preventative, education-based services, including:

  • one-to-one work with young people and families

  • one-to-one work delivered in person at the client's premises or agreed location

  • programmes, workshops and facilitation for schools, universities and education communities

  • group sessions (including Seasons of Parenthood community)

  • bespoke retreats, immersions and advisory work

My work focuses on Strengthening Inner Architecture - the internal foundations that support emotional regulation, self-leadership, confidence, clarity and sustainable peak performance.

3. Nature of the Work

My work is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

It is educational, preventative and forward-facing, designed to build internal capacity, awareness and self-leadership.

My work may include embodied practices, nervous system regulation techniques and neuroscience-informed frameworks to support awareness, regulation and learning. I do not diagnose, treat or manage mental health conditions.

Clients remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological or therapeutic support where required.

4. Client Responsibility & Agency

The effectiveness of this work relies on active participation and personal responsibility.

I support clients in recognising internal patterns, regulating responses, clarifying values and direction, and building practical tools they can use independently.

I do not “fix”, rescue or take responsibility for outcomes on behalf of clients. Sustainable change occurs through engagement, reflection and application beyond our time together.

5. In-Person Participation

Where services are delivered in person (including movement, embodied practices or time in nature):

  • participation is voluntary and self-directed

  • clients are responsible for communicating any relevant needs or limitations

  • I am not responsible for injury or loss arising outside reasonable professional care

My work is designed to be inclusive, grounded and respectful of individual capacity at all times.

6. Working with Young People

When working with children or young people:

  • a parent, guardian or institution retains overall responsibility for the young person’s welfare

  • my role is supportive and educational, not parental or therapeutic

  • professional boundaries are maintained at all times

  • safeguarding concerns are handled in line with my Safeguarding Policy

7. Safeguarding

I am committed to providing safe, respectful and appropriate environments for all work.

Where safeguarding concerns arise, I reserve the right to share information with appropriate safeguarding leads or authorities and to pause or end work where necessary.

Further detail is set out in my Safeguarding Policy.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared during my work is treated with discretion.

Confidentiality may be broken where:

  • there is a risk of harm to the client or others

  • a safeguarding concern arises

  • disclosure is required by law

In education or organisational contexts, agreed boundaries around feedback and reporting will be clarified in advance.

9. Fees, VAT & Payment

Fees are agreed in advance and outlined in proposals, invoices or engagement letters.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • fees are exclusive of VAT

  • VAT will be added where applicable

  • invoices will clearly show VAT

  • payment is due prior to delivery or within the stated timeframe

Late payment may result in suspension of services.

10. Cancellations, Refunds & Cooling-Off Period

Cancellations & refunds

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • fees are non-refundable once services have begun

  • where work cannot proceed, matters will be handled fairly and professionally

Cooling-off period

Private clients booking services have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law, unless services begin within that period at the client’s request.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, language and tools I provide remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary concepts and language such as Inner Architecture, The Excellence Pivot, and Redefining Excellence from Within™.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, adapted or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

12. International Clients

My services may be delivered internationally.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of client location. Clients are responsible for compliance with local regulations where applicable.

13. Pausing or Ending Work

I reserve the right to pause or end work where:

  • professional boundaries are not respected

  • the work is no longer appropriate or aligned

  • safeguarding concerns arise

  • continuing would not serve those involved

Any outstanding matters will be handled fairly and professionally.

14. Use of Feedback, Testimonials & Case Studies

From time to time, I may invite clients to share feedback, reflections or testimonials about their experience of working with me.

Any use of testimonials, case studies, or anonymised examples for learning, marketing, or communication purposes will be shared only with explicit consent.

Identifying details will not be used without prior agreement, and where work involves children or young people, additional care will always be taken to protect privacy and safeguarding.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

15. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Details are set out in my Privacy Policy, available on my website.

16. Limitation of Liability

While I take care to deliver my work responsibly and professionally, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in my services.

17. Disputes & Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, resolution will be sought through open communication in the first instance.

Formal legal proceedings should be considered a last resort.

18. Third-Party Services & Collaborations

Where my work involves collaboration with third parties, I am not responsible for their actions or omissions unless agreed in writing.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any written proposals or engagement letters, form the entire agreement between us.

Where documents conflict, the most recent written agreement takes precedence.
